OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Join us at the Westville American Legion as we will be creating the “Happy Haunting Owl” painting. This is a fundraiser event for the Legion but it is open for the public to attend. Bring your friends or come solo to meet new friends! No experience necessary. We will walk you through every step of the way. This special painting will have a real wax seal that you can customize with any letter of the alphabet you prefer which will then be affixed onto your envelope that the owl is holding.
